3. Payments and Refunds

• Payments are due as outlined in your contract or invoice

• Late payments may result in service delays or termination

• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to service agreement terms

We take confidentiality seriously. Any information shared with us during the course of our service will be kept strictly confidential and used only as necessary to fulfill your project requirements.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, documents, or materials created during the engagement remain the property of the client unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice, following the terms stated in the service agreement. Aideva reserves the right to suspend or terminate services due to misuse, breach of contract, or unethical behavior.
